➡️ Have you ever tried to flush a toilet without water??
If you live in the country, 🏞 chances are – you have experienced power outages which mean no automatic flush. If you haven’t, let me tell you how it goes…..
It doesn’t! 😱 In order for anything to go down the 🚽 , you have to have water.
💥 Same with the body! 💥 When you eat food, the body doesn’t see it the same as we do. We see a salad, the body sees all the vitamins, minerals, nutrients and then leftovers that will be eliminated.
If you are not drinking enough water throughout the day, most likely are you are…. full of 💩.
Not eliminating the waste means that it will keep being reabsorbed in the colon, causing the body to work overtime. It can also cause constipation. Constipation can lead to a wide array of problems including bowel distinction and hemorrhoids.
💧An easy way for you to get your water in and NOT be peeing all day, is to bring a water bottle with you, and take a drink/sip every 15 minutes or so. At the end of the day you will have consumed about a gallon! 💧
DRINKING WATER IS ONE OF THE EASIEST AND HEALTHIEST THINGS TO DO FOR YOURSELF!
