Iridology
Throughout history, the iris has been studied and examined to determine potential deficiencies, predispositions, and health issues. Every human optic nerve contains 800,000 to 1.7 million nerve fibers’ endings. It is these nerves that connect our eyes to the brain and then travel down the spinal cord linking every organ, gland, and tissue in our body.
When “reading” the eye, we will look at the different colors, shapes and patterns and where they are located to determine what is going on within the body. Just like faces and fingerprints, no two eyes are exactly alike.
Muscle Response Testing
Muscle testing, or applied kinesiology, is a simple technique of asking the body questions and receiving the answers. The body has an electrical network, grid, or system, within and surrounding it, that is pure energy. Since energy runs through the muscles in your body, anything that impacts the electrical system that does not enhance or maintain your body’s balance, your muscles will literally short circuit, or weaken. (This is only a temporary response.) Things that can impact your electrical system are thoughts, emotions, foods, environmental factors, as well as herbs and vitamins, among other things.
Using your muscles, we can find factors that “weaken” or “strengthen” your body. When the muscle stays strong, that is a yes response. When the muscle weakens, that signals a no response. That is your body’s signal that it does or does not agree with something.
